Give the Ladies Some Time

So you are at restaurant with your friend. Two pretty girls come in and sit at the table beside you.
What should you do? Smile and start chatting them up?
The answer is ‘No, not right away’. Smile and acknowledge them but then go back to talking to your friend. Starting up a conversation right away tells them you are desperate. Give them a few minutes to see that you and your friend are regular human beings. If they see you have a life beyond stalking women, they are more likely to be interested. Laugh and have fun as you would without them, that makes you much more appealing when the conversation does start.
